Your privacy is important to us.
It is Anchrs's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. Accordingly, we have developed this privacy policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and otherwise make use of personal information. We have outlined our privacy policy below.
On selected public pages, Anchrs records one first-touch acquisition context so we can understand which outreach leads to account creation and, in aggregate, to a completed learning loop. The allowlisted fields are source, medium, campaign, content label, landing path, and referring site hostname. If you create an account, that first touch is stored with its product signup origin and capture time as an account-linked record. It is personal data, even though Anchrs uses it primarily to produce aggregate funnel reports.
The first-touch record does not retain the full referring URL, a raw query string, page or form contents, code, study material, or session transcripts. Anchrs keeps only the allowlisted campaign labels, path, and hostname described above.
Individual account-linked attribution records are restricted to authorized Anchrs operators, protected backend jobs, and infrastructure providers acting on Anchrs's behalf. Anchrs does not sell this account-linked record or use it to build an advertising profile. We retain it while the account exists so signup cohorts can be measured over time. When you delete your account through account settings, the primary attribution record is deleted with it; limited copies may remain temporarily in backups, security records, or records retained as required by law.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. Anchrs may change this privacy policy from time to time at Anchrs's sole discretion.
